Pearl sapphire necklace gold

One of a kind, solid 9k yellow gold charm necklace
With a freshwater pearl, and a mixture of different sapphires
Hanging on a thick gold curb chain. The chain is recycled, but in great condition
It is also hollow I believe, as it’s a lot lighter than it looks
