I offer a limited number of custom commissions throughout the year. Each enquiry is individually reviewed to ensure the project is a good fit for my design style and current availability.

Information about custom pieces

Process

I will reach out to you to let you know if I wish to go ahead with your custom design. If so, we will discuss your piece in more detail, including showing you stone options I think would work. If I don't have the right gemstone for you in my collection, we can discuss ordering them in. This generally will cost more than using one in my collection.

Your custom design includes up to two rounds of revisions to make sure we get the details just right. Any additional revisions or significant changes to the original concept may incur an additional design fee.

My emails often go to spam, so make sure you check all inboxes if you haven't heard from me in a few days.

Timeframe

Pieces take around 3-6 weeks usually, but sometimes up to 8, and there is a chance something could go wrong in the making process, in which case I'd reach out to check extending the time is okay, or offer a refund if not.

Deposit

I take a deposit of around 20-50% of final cost before I start making the wax, and the remaining amount when it is finished. This is non-refundable if you change your mind.

Shipping

Shipping costs are $15 in Australia, around $20-40 AUD internationally, $55-65 AUD for USA customers, or $89 internationally with DHL for fastest courier.

I'll give you a specific quote when I reach out to you, but a general price guide is below. This is where most pieces fall into, but some may be above or below.

Rings:

silver: 800-1500 AUD

9k gold: 1900-4000 AUD

14k gold: 2500-4500 AUD

18k gold: 3200-6000 AUD

Charm necklaces (includes chain):

silver: 850-1400 AUD

9k gold: 2500-4500 AUD

14k gold: 4800-5500 AUD

18k gold: 5000-7000AUD

Pendant (without chain):

silver: 500-800 AUD

9k gold: 650-1500 AUD

14k gold: 900-2000 AUD

18k gold: 1000-3000 AUD

Reusing your own stones and gold:

I will only work with clients own diamonds, sapphires and rubies as I don't want to risk breaking a softer stone.

I sometimes accept clients gold to work with, this is on a case by case basis.
