Starry pearl ring

One of a kind piece, in sterling silver 
With a big freshwater pearl and 4 little natural orange sapphires
The pearl is very slightly wobbly and the hole that most pearls have (predrilled) is fractionally showing, shown by the picture. The pearl is secure though 
Currently size K, can be resized up to L
