Aquamarine pearl cluster ring

Please allow 3-5 weeks for this ring to be resized, cast in gold or silver and finished 
This ring has a beautiful aquamarine, 2 freshwater pearls, lab grown white sapphires and lab grown blue gems
The picture is of the ring in wax, and the wax will be replaced with solid silver or gold after casting.
